Phillip Leong
Master Trainer
Philip, who has over 25 years’ corporate and entrepreneur experience, holds a Master of Management joint degree from The Wharton School, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Chulalongkorn University (Thailand). He also graduated recently from Ken Wilber’s Integral Institute, USA and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
Armed with his vast experience in corporate management and entrepreneur experience, Philip’s training scope covers coaching, leadership, sales, transformational mindset change and team performance. In sales, he focuses on communication, negotiation and presentation. He brings to his audiences his passion and energy together with a potent mixture of delivery styles in his trainings which include experiential learning, meta-coaching, neuro-semantics and psychodynamics.
Philip was the director of leadership programs in AsiaWorks, Asia’s leading large group awareness training (LGAT) company before moving on to manage his own business in consulting, training and coaching. During his term in AsiaWorks, he has designed and conducted numerous leadership coaching and team-building programs for thousands of individuals and corporations. In 2007, Philip was elected into office of The AsiaWorks Foundation. The following year, he was assigned as an external coach to The Brand Laureate Group of Companies. He was made an associate of the Vietnam Consulting Group in 2009. In 2011, UCSI appointed Philip as an integral part of its team of elective trainers for their internal faculty trainings and external corporate projects.
Philip is an active community advocate and works in partnership with numerous NGOs in Malaysia and China to create a positive difference in the community he lives in. As part of his personal social responsibilities, he offers his services to conduct teambuilding trainings for various NGOs each year. He is particularly passionate about children and contributes his time and expertise extensively to orphanages and foster homes in his community. He resides in Malaysia and China and finds great joy spending time with his wife and three children.
Ahmad Rusdi Bin Shamshuddin

A TEDx speaker, TEDx speaker’s coach, trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP®. Ahmad Rusdi bin Shamshuddin also known as Worke received his diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Education from Tun Hussein Onn University College (KUiTTHO) or now known as UTHM in 2003. He started off his career in JLKN as a National Service trainer before he stepped into the world of Personal and Organizational Excellence. He has 14 years experience in conducting Experiential Learning trainings.
His method in delivering trainings combines practical facilitating, fun and high energy activities and processes. Combining all that with Neuro Linguistic Programming fundamentals and coaching methodology together with his jovial approach and humour making it easy for participants to relate and learn. His participative and interactive programs leads people to develop confidence through self-awareness, positive attitude and values together with easy communication techniques which results to personal growth.
During his 10 years service in the National Service program, he has trained ten and thousands of youths and also as a Master Trainer he has trained over 1000 trainers and more than 100 Master Trainers and Facilitators. Now he works closely with Sabah State Government through INSAN Sabah, training state government servants since 2012 and also with the Sarawak State Civil Service since 2017. He has also trained almost close to 500 graduates under the SL1M program by Khazanah Nasional. Besides governmant agencies, he also conducts trainings and team building for quite a number of companies and organizations throughout Malaysia.
He obtained his HRDF certified trainer in 2011 and has obtained his Licensed Practitioner of NLP® certification in February 2017 and Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP® in January 2019 from the Society of NLP (SNLP). He was one of the speakers for the TEDx Bintawa in 2018 with the title “From Zero to Hero” and later that year he was then appointed as TEDx Kenyalang speaker’s coach to train and coach the speakers.
Sindra Arumugam
Trainer
Sindra, who has over 12 years’ corporate experience, holds a degree in International Business from University of Wales London, majoring in Human Resource Management.
She has vast experience in the automotive, financial services, business process outsourcing as well as consulting industries.
She has worked for Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Asia Assistance Network, AIA and Sime Darby AutoConneXion. During her tenure in these organizations, she headed various portfolios such as Front Line and Branch operations, focusing on Customer Service and Operational Efficiency. In her last corporate position, she played an instrumental part in Client Relations for brands such as Ford, Alfa Romeo and Land Rover.
She also has 7 years of experience conducting training and coaching, focusing on Customer Relationship Management.Sindra’s training scope covers team and leadership development. She is fluent in over six languages and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Her trainings are not only energetic and engaging, but delivered in a safe and nurturing environment for people to truly experience possibilities in their lives, both at work and in relationships. She injects a catalytic blend of positive energy and resonant experience throughout her trainings, creating the best learning outcome for her audience.
During her time as a National Service Train-The-Trainer facilitator, Sindra trained and coached many people to lead the Character Building module for our Malaysian youth. She has clocked in impressive hours as a performance coach for NLP Research International. She also spent some time as a trainer for System Latihan Dual Nasional under Kementrian Sumber Manusia in Malaysia. Over the last few years, her corporate audience includes AdvanceCon, Besi APAC, iProperty, LonPac Insurance, POS Malaysia, Intretech & Healthcare Distribution Co (Dhaka, Bangladesh)
Besides being a certified Character Building Trainer and Coach under KMB Edu, Sindra is also a certified HRDF / PSMB professional trainer.
Sindra is passionate about people development and she believes everyone, regardless of their cultural or social background, has the right to design their own destiny. Sindra is married with two lovely children and resides in Malaysia. She is an active community advocate and enjoys spending her free time with her children and her pets.
Chi Yung
Trainer
Chi Yung, or CY as he is affectionately known amongst his audience, has vast experience in the field of entrepreneurship as well as sales and marketing. His work experience spans over 15 years and holds a Master of Strategic Business IT from University of Portsmouth.
Born into a family of enterprising parents and siblings, Chi Yung very quickly realized his ambition to be a successful entrepreneur. He ventured into the field of event organization and management, and was involved in all aspects of the business from planning to execution. This includes sales, client servicing, logistics and people management. He was in the business for a full five year period. Realizing that there were other challenges present within the same business environment that was more appealing to him, he went into sales for the next fifteen years. He acquired more skills and experience in the field of sales and marketing by going into the direct sales and network marketing industry. He worked his way up to a very senior position within a short time. During his years in the business, Chi Yung trained and coached numerous sales agents, most of whom have made significant impact in their respective business units.
Moving forward into the corporate world of training and development, Chi Yung started as a facilitator in numerous corporate teambuilding events and explored in lead facilitation. During this time in expanding his scope, he continued to hone his skills in people development by coaching and training other network marketeers to become competent and high performers. He later obtained his trainer credentials as certified PSMB / HRDF trainer.
Chi Yung continues his passion in developing people in his field of choice. As a seasoned practitioner in the network marketing industry with 15 years of experience, he naturally progressed into his present role as a trainer to empower others in the areas of his expertise. In his young career as a trainer, he has facilitated programs for a variety of companies spread over a multitude of industries.
Chi Yung is passionate about supporting people in discovering their true potential and personal growth. He has an avid interest in the great outdoors and obtained Level 2 from Malaysian Outdoor Recreation Instructor Association. He is an active member of the sports community and his skills has seen him participate in many regional and international events.
